Neem Oil

Our neem oil is created using 100% certified organic neem seed that has been hand blended with a vegetable based wetting agent.
It can be used as both a leaf shine, fungicide and organic insecticide, effective against indoor plant pest like mealy bug, aphid, fungus gnats and scale. 
It contains organic sulphur, proteins and various beneficial trace elements and can be used safely around pets and children
 
Directions for use: 
Spray directly onto foliage or on to any pests present; wipe with a soft cloth.
Do not apply if or when direct sunlight is on foliage.
Application can be repeated after 7 days and as necessary there after.
Keep in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Only use as directed, not for human consumption

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

All our orders ship via Auspost express for a flat rate of $12.95. If you would like us to add signature on delivery it is $15.95. For customers within 25 km of our store in Erskineville we offer hand delivery, which is also $12.95. If you would like to pick up your order from our store there is no additional charge. Due to Covid-19, currently we only offer pick up Saturdays from 10 am - 4 pm, and Sunday from 10 am - 1 pm.

HOW DO YOU SHIP THE PLANTS?

The roots are wrapped in wet paper towels to keep them from drying out in transit, then the plants are packed in a box with bubble wrap, butcher paper, or 100% biodegradable and recyclable 'foam peanuts'. We recycle any packing material we receive so there are a number of different options used.We ship our plants semi-bare rooted to give them the best chance of arriving in good condition. Shipping in the pots is not only much more expensive, but the soil often becomes dislodged due to rough handling by Auspost, causing a lot of damage to the plants. Therefore, have your pots ready and some good soil, re-pot your plants on arrival and give them some water. We recommend perlite mixed with your soil to help with drainage, particularly important in the colder months. In the description of each plant you will see the pot size that the plant is currently growing in to help you prepare pots. If your order is being picked up or hand delivered they will be in their nursery pots.

DO YOU SEND UPDATES?

Since the shipping dates are shown at checkout and the shipping process is explained in the confirmation email, there will be no further updates until your order ships. If you do not receive your confirmation email it's probably a good idea to check the junk/spam folder as they sometimes end up there. Orders placed before 9pm Friday ship the following Mon - Thur. Orders placed after 9pm Friday won't ship until the week after. We never ship on public holidays or weekends If your order takes an unusually long time to arrive and the plants are not healthy or arrive damaged, please take as many photos as possible, including the box if it's damaged, and send them to us at info@greenbeanz.com.au so we can make it right. 

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders will post Monday through Thursday via Auspost express. The cut off time for next weeks orders is 9pm each Friday. You will have the option to track your parcel and/or receive notifications through SMS or email. Most orders arrive a couple of days after they are shipped however due to Covid, delays may be experienced.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We can ship anywhere in Australia excluding NT, WA, and TAS. Unfortunately those states have quarantine laws which do not allow us to ship there. For those living in NT, WA, and TAS, contact us for information on how to get your order shipped to a plant concierge that can treat the plants and forward to you.
