WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
All orders ship via Auspost express for a flat rate of $14.95.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We can ship anywhere in Australia excluding NT, WA, and TAS. Unfortunately, those states have quarantine laws which do not allow us to ship there. For those living in quarantine states, you may go through a plant concierge. Most of our customers choose to use either Home of houseplants or Rare plants nursery.
Please note: Depending on which concierge you use, plants may ship bare rooted.
HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR PLANTS?
All plants are shipped in their pots. We use compostable plastic bags to keep the soil from dislodging in transit, and 100% biodegradable 'foam peanuts' as void fill. You may also find non biodegradable materials that have been used when pots have been shipped to us, that we would rather re-use than trash. We pack in a way that ensures minimum movement during transit, so your plants arrive in top condition. We have been doing this for over 3 years and have perfected our technique!
DO YOU SEND UPDATES?
After receiving your confirmation email there are no updates until your order ships. Orders placed before midnight Sunday ship Mon - Wed, excluding public holidays. You will have the option to track your order via SMS or email updates.
HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Depending on where you live, most orders arrive within two days of shipping. However, once Auspost has your parcel, delivery times may vary. Keep an eye on your parcel via tracking and if you see a delay, let us know so we can chase it up for you.
CAN I SEND A PLANT AS A GIFT?
Yes. We can also include a hand written note for you at no extra charge. Simply let us know in the ' Instructions to seller' box on the cart page that it's a gift, and include your message. If the recipient is in Sydney and you would like your gift hand delivered, we can also help you choose a matching pot, ensuring the perfect gift!
WHAT IF MY PLANT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Our plants are packaged extremely carefully and posted within hours of being packed, in order to reach their destination as quickly as possible. We only source and grow healthy plants, ensuring what we send is excellent quality. We are aware sometimes plants and boxes can be affected by transport. If there is an issue, please contact us immediately so we can work with you on a resolution. Pics are also very helpful!
