Plant info - Propagated from a mother plant for continued stable variegation, this climbing plant is native to tropical South East Asia, the name Scindapsus comes from the Greek language meaning “upon tree trunks” in reference to its growth habit while Argyraeus means “silvery”. Satin Pothos are very popular as an indoor plant because of their silky textured leaves that are coloured a soft matte green with splotches of silvery-grey. This variety, 'Argyraeus’, has leaves with silver-white edges. It can be planted in a hanging pot, cascading from the top of a high shelf or cabinet, or allowed to climb up a totem.
Plant care - This plant must be kept in a warm spot in well draining soil, it will not tolerate cold weather so needs to be kept indoors through the cooler months. Low to moderate light but no direct sun. Water when soil is completely dry and use a good quality liquid fertiliser once a month.
Propagated from a beautiful mother plant , the variegation on this baby is lovely!
